60 Second Inspiration – Day 3 – Your Confidence Move
Find a quiet place and take a minute to yourself. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Remember and visualise a time when you were really at your most confident. See what was going on and remember how you felt. Stay with this moment for a minute or longer if you can. Whilst doing this, put your thumb and fourth finger on your right hand together.
Now when you need to be confident in any situation, put your thumb and fourth finger on your right hand together and let that confidence you felt flow.
